DESCRIPTION:Journey Through the Clouds and Discover Lake Louise \nSunday\, July 11 – 19\, 2027 9 days/8 nights \n  \nWe start this journey by flying to Vancouver and you’ll have a day to explore the city.  Then we’ll travel onboard the Rocky Mountaineer to spend two days traveling by rail. Our first stop will be Kamloops. You’ll see dramatic changes in scenery from the lush green fields\, through forests\, and winding river canyons surrounded by the peaks of the coast and cascade mountains.  Then we’ll continue by rail to Jasper climbing the highest peak in the Canadian Rockies on the train. Travel from Jasper to Banff via one of the most scenic highways in the world\, the Icefields Parkway. Bow Lake\, the Columbia Icefield\, Glacier Skywalk\, and Athabasca Falls are among the day’s highlights. The Columbia Icefield is one of the largest accumulations of ice south of the Arctic Circle and one of the most accessible icefields in North America.
